These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CutRun, the online sheet cutting optimizer available at cutrun.app (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
CutRun calculates cutting layouts for rectangular sheet materials such as plywood, MDF and chipboard from the part sizes you enter. You can use a limited number of calculations for free. A paid Premium plan removes the daily limit and adds features such as faster calculations, more photo scans and PDFs without the CutRun line.

Prices shown at checkout include VAT or sales tax where it applies and may be shown in your local currency. We may change prices for future billing periods; we will tell you in advance, and a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payments, invoices and taxes are processed by Paddle under the Paddle Buyer Terms. We never see or store your full card details.
Purchases in the CutRun Android app (installed from Google Play) are made through Google Play instead: Google processes the payment, taxes and receipts under the Google Play Terms of Service, and Play subscriptions are managed and cancelled in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Premium bought on the website or in the app works on both when you sign in with the same account.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: trying to break or bypass usage limits or security, scraping or overloading the Service with automated requests, reselling access, or using the Service for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Projects and parts lists you save remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the Service to you. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
CutRun is a planning tool. Layouts and material estimates are calculated from the data you enter and are provided for guidance. Always check measurements, kerf, grain direction and the layout before cutting material. We are not responsible for wasted material or other losses caused by incorrect input or by relying on a layout without checking it.
We work to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue Premium, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may end or suspend access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will notify you in the Service or by email before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
