Delete your CutRun account

1. Delete it yourself (website or app)

1. Open cutrun.app or the CutRun app and sign in.
2. Tap the Projects button (folder icon) at the top — the menu shows your account e-mail.
3. At the bottom of the menu tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

The account is deleted immediately.

2. Ask us to delete it

Can't sign in any more? Send an e-mail to [email protected] from the address you used for CutRun, with the subject “Delete my CutRun account”. We delete the account within 30 days (usually within a few days) and confirm by e-mail.

3. Subscriptions

A subscription that still renews must be cancelled first, so you are not charged again: on the website in the plans window (“Manage subscription”), in the Android app in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Unused paid time, passes and photo scans end with the account and are not refunded (see the Refund Policy for refunds within 14 days of a payment).

4. What is deleted

• your account (e-mail, sign-in details);
• saved projects and their parts;
• your plan, passes, photo-scan credits and purchase links;
• usage history (calculations, photo scans, feedback linked to your account).

5. What is kept

• Payment records and invoices are kept by the sellers of record — Paddle (website) and Google Play (app) — as accounting law requires (in Estonia 7 years). We keep no card details.
• Anonymous visit statistics that are not linked to your account.

6. Delete some data but keep your account

• Saved projects: open the Projects menu (folder icon) and delete the project with its delete button. It is removed immediately.
• Other data (usage history, photo-scan history, feedback messages): e-mail [email protected] from your account e-mail with the subject “Delete my CutRun data” and say what to delete. We do it within 30 days and confirm by e-mail. Payment records stay as described above.
